1. Install the app for your respective mobile operating system.

2. Go to the “Me” page of the Weibo app (at the bottom right corner, circled in red). There are multiple options : “Sign Up,” “Login,” and “Login Via Facebook.”

Tap on “Sign Up.”

3. Find your country with the right area code.

Note:

• if your country is not listed, there is an option to sign up through e-mail (bottom right, circled in red)
• if your country is listed, enter your phone number after selecting your country. 

4. Tap on the “Sign Up” box.
