If neither of the other methods (desktop/pc and mobile) work for you, logging in through Facebook will work for virtually everyone, regardless of the country you are from. No phone number is required and all you have to do is give Weibo access to your Facebook account. You will find this option within the “Me” page of the Weibo app.
